Barre Sign-up Procedures & Policy – January 1, 2012
To Register At Front Desk:
- Sign up for classes ONE WEEK in advance from current date
- Clients may stop by desk, or call by phone
- All participants must have a credit card on file
- NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION policy $15 fee
To Register Online
- First time clients must register in person or by calling the Front Desk. If you are not an active member and/or have never taken a class here you are not able to create a profile on MindBody
- All participants must have a credit card on file
- NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION policy $15 fee
- Sign up for classes ONE WEEK in advance from current date
- An e-mail is sent confirming registration and explaining cancellation policy and procedure for cancelling
- Cannot register online for same day classes.
Cancellation Policy & No Show Fee:
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. YOU MUST CALL THE FRONT DESK TO CANCEL.
- If we receive notification within 24 hours of class beginning, there is a $15 LATE CANCELLATION fee.
- This fee applies to EVERYONE, all levels of membership, and non members alike.
- ONLINE CANCELLATION IS NOT AVAILABLE
Wait List:
- There are 10 spots on the waitlist
- As we receive cancellations, we will begin to call those who are on the wait list to offer the next available spot in class.
