Our vision is to create a tranquil environment, which welcomes and supports everyone in their yoga journey. We strive to give of ourselves to create a community where people are encouraged and supported to be open, expressive and free.

Evolve yoga is a space to relax, unwind, and explore. It is a place to clear your mind, cleanse your body and discover your true inner purpose.

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga connects the breath with a flowing sequence of asanas (postures) to create a dynamic and challenging practice. The flow and moving meditation of the practice empowers each student to explore their full potential while developing strength, flexibility, body awareness and an open clear mind. A deep relaxation follows each practice.

Open-work at your own pace, previous experience recommended
Level 1-Beginner
Level 2- Intermediate
Level 3-Advanced
Vinyasa Hot-A vinyasa class in a heated room to allow for deeper stretching and cleansing.

Kundalini
Kundalini is the “yoga of awareness” and can release your most creative levels of consciousness bringing yyou increased energy, vitality, health and well being. An ancient, sacred science is incomparable to other forms and works to directly stimulate and revitalize your immune ,nervous, and glandular systems while helping to rid the body of toxins and negative emotions. It is a safe, effective, and powerful technology taught in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan.

Yoga Fundamentals
Ideal for those new to yoga, those who enjoy a slower meditative pace to reduce tension, or the older student needing a step by step approach. This class will be held in an intimate enviroment so that more time can be spent embracing the fundementals of yoga asana (postures).As strength and flexiblity are enhanced pranyama (breathwork) and meditation practices will be introduced to create an overall sense of well-being.

Anusara Yoga
Anusara yoga means flowing with grace-is an all inclusive yoga in which each students various unique abilities and limitations are deeply honored. It is a uniquely integrated style of hatha yoga in which the heart blends with the biomechanics of the human body-John Friend

Yoga Fusion
A combination of yoga inspired postures integrated with innovative resistance training and movement to provide a well-rounded workout for the body, mind and soul. This class will increase your strength, endurance, balance and state of mind. Intermediate to advanced.

Community Yoga
All levels Vinyasa flow class at a reduced rate of $6.00. We believe that providing yoga is a community service and offering this session is our expression of karma yoga. Enhance your current practice by adding one more day.


Private sessions

Recovering from injuries, wanting to take your practice to the next level or just beginning to embark on your yoga journey? A private session may be just the thing you need. Our experienced teachers take the time to access the needs of your specific body / mind and work with you on the path. Call and discuss the options for one on one or small group private sessions with our teachers both in-studio or at a suitable place more convenient for you.


Teacher Training
