 Erin has been in the health and fitness industry for 12 years. She is a Power Pilates Senior Teacher Trainer who educates and trains other Power Pilates Teachers as well as overseeing the operations of Evolutions Body Clinic. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA. When teaching, she believes that her mindset is imperative, “Be completely present with your clients and give your all while you are with them.”

Tressa has been involved in the health and wellness industry for 10 years. She is a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer and co-owner of Evolutions Body Clinic. She is currently studying for the American College of Sports Medicine, Clinical Exercise Specialist certification. She graduated in 1998 from James Madison University with a B.S. in Kinesiology and was designated Kinesiology Student of the Year. She specializes in Pilates/core fusion training and customized personal training programs.

Kids Club Director/Client Advisor

Vanessa is Evolutions Kids Club Manager. She went to Anne Arundel Community College and received her early education degree. At Kids Club, she strives to provide a fun, safe and clean area for kids to play.
Vanessa was born in Paris, France and moved to the United States when she was in middle school. She has lived in the Annapolis area for 20 years and is married with three children and a dog. She enjoys raising her children, being a wife and spending time with her family and friends, "Enjoy every moment with your kids!"
In her spare time, she loves being outdoors: biking, hiking, going to the beach or pool. She goes camping twice a year and loves to travel to places she has never been to.

Lauren received her B.S. from Penn State University in Kinesiology with an Athletic Training Option. She now lives in Annapolis, but was born and raised in Haddon Township, NJ, just outside of Philadelphia. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and season ticket holder for the Eagles. |
Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor, Cathy knows that excellent customer service goes a long way, “Be kind, be patient and smile! Make an effort to get to know the clients.” Cathy manages charitable donations at Evolutions, so please see her to discuss donations or gift certificates for fundraising events. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
Cathy was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, but has called Annapolis home for the past 20 years. She is married with a daughter Jamie, son Ben and three stepdaughters. She enjoys traveling, movies, theater and exercise.

Client Advisor

Kim was a member at Evolutions before joining the staff as a Client Advisor. She received her B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University and is a Certified Alexander Technique Teacher.
She moved to Annapolis in 2000, with her rescue dog, Jackie, so that Jackie could swim everyday, which she did! Jackie is now gone and she's the proud mom of two more rescues, Sammy (a Bay Ridge SPCA girl) and Bandit.

Power Pilates Certified Teacher
Anmarie received her B.F.A from the University of Utah. She is Power Pilates Certified Teacher and has been teaching since 2001. As well as Pilates, she danced professionally with the Ballet Theatre of Maryland for 13 years.
She enjoys working with clients at all levels, especially clients with special needs, “Everything counts. I enjoy supporting and motivating my clients in their own personal Pilates journey and help teach that Pilates can be very functional in people’s everyday life and activities.”
Anmarie just had a son in January 2009, Jackson. She is a dancer at heart and plans to continue dancing for her own spiritual benefit along with her Pilates practice. Being active and in good health is very important to her as she looks forward to an energetic lifestyle with her son.

Michael wears many hats at Evolutions. He has spent over eight years in Personal Fitness Training and Massage Therapy and a year and a half in Physical Therapy as an intern/aide. He is also Evolutions' Facilities Manager. He received his B.S. in Kinesiological Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) from the Massage Therapy Degree Program at Anne Arundel Community College, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. He is also an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) Instructor. Michael specializes in Personal Training and Massage Therapy services for Pre and Post Surgery, Post Rehabilitation and Chronic Pain and Dysfunction.

She has been in the fitness industry for the past five years. Pam develops customized training programs for her clients to educate them on the importance of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and proper nutrition. She specializes in cardiovascular disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, breast cancer, scoliosis, post-rehabilitation, diabetes, pre-natal and post-natal fitness as well as helping clients overcome fitness and nutritional plateaus. She also spends time providing effective training, nutrition and posing coaching for Novice Figure Competitors. |

She received her B.S. in Kinesiological Sciences from the College of Health & Human Performance at the University of Maryland, College Park. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a biophysical focus in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. She is a Clinical Exercise Specialist, Certified Instructor for Advanced CORE Resist-A-Ball, Advanced Pilates w/ Resist-A-Ball, Group Fitness and Pilates Mat- Initiation 101. She is one of the initial trainers and founding instructors at Evolutions.

Lauren has been a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) for three years. She received her certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She specializes in Weight Loss, Fitness Training, Sport’s Performance Training (Speed, Strength, Endurance and Power Training), Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy Training. In each of her specialty areas, she helps her clients become what she calls, 'The Best You', "Depending on each clients needs, I work with each person to become the best possible you, not only to accomplish the best weight, BMI, and body measurements for them, but to focus on the total package: mind, body, and soul.
