What is "it"? Barre!

Barre classes at Evolutions combine a cardiovascular workout with isometric exercises that strengthen and stretch every muscle group in the body. Using a ballet barre and your own body weight, you will tone your muscles, and become strong, lean and limber.

Our barre classes are extremely popular. Due to the limited number of spaces available, classes fill up quickly and advanced registration is recommended. To register, please contact the Front Desk or you may click the link below to register online.

Barre Sign-Up Procedures & Policy – January 1, 2012

To Register At Front Desk:

• Sign up for classes ONE WEEK in advance from current date
• Clients may stop by desk, or call by phone
• All participants must have a credit card on file
  • NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION policy $15 fee

To Register Online

• First time clients must register in person or by calling the Front Desk. If you are not an active member and/or have never taken a class here you are not able to create a profile on MindBody
• All participants must have a credit card on file
  • NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION policy $15 fee
• Sign up for classes ONE WEEK in advance from current date
• An e-mail is sent confirming registration and explaining cancellation policy and procedure for cancelling
• Cannot register online for same day classes.

 

Cancellation Policy & No Show Fee:

• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. YOU MUST CALL THE FRONT DESK TO CANCEL.
  • If we receive notification within 24 hours of class beginning, there is a $15 LATE CANCELLATION fee.

• NO SHOW $15 fee
  • This fee applies to EVERYONE, all levels of membership, and non members alike.
  • ONLINE CANCELLATION IS NOT AVAILABLE

Wait List:

• There are 10 spots on the waitlist 
• As we receive cancellations, we will begin to call those who are on the wait list to offer the next available spot in class.
