Mission The standard in Pilates education - Power Pilates program is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to be strong and stable. We believe in a classical - systematic - integrative approach to Pilates training, where a client has the ability to follow a system of exercises utilizing different apparatus - Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, Ped-o-Pul, and Magic Circles. By teaching in this manner clients will find the connection to their core, which will completely change their body and rid them of chronic weaknesses. By utilizing this systematic approach, teaching becomes much clearer for the instructor and therefore easier for the client to progress and reap the benefits from a Pilates workout.
