Evolutions Body clinic offers a variety of programs that provide flexible and holistic solutions for personal fitness, both on and off site. Evolutions Body Clinic is excited to offer specialized Sports Performance Programming to local area athletes. Trainers at Evolutions work with small groups of athletes to assist them with the physical and mental training needed for optimal sports performance.
Trainers work on the fundamentals of maintaining a healthy body including: diet, exercise, technique, stretching, lifestyle management and injury prevention. Athletes will be exposed to traditional and innovative forms of training.
