Trainers work on the fundamentals of maintaining a healthy body including: diet, exercise, technique, stretching, lifestyle management and injury prevention. Athletes will be exposed to traditional and innovative forms of training. In today’s environment we are discovering new and creative ways to develop the athletic body. As an example, Pilates and yoga have been around for years and we are beginning to see the positve results in professional athletes around the world who add these disciplines to their weekly regimen. We maintain small groups of athletes to allow for proper attention to be provided to each student. This countinues the model of safety, injury prevention and sevice that we provide to all of our clients.
