Newbie Yoga Workshop

Learn the basics of vinyasa flow yoga, including alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation. This 2 hour workshop is geared towards those who are new to vinyasa flow and want to feel comfortable coming to regularly scheduled classes. One week of unlimited yoga classes is included in your registration ($50 value). The free week of classes is for the week immediately following the workshop only.

Teen/Tween Yoga Workshop
February 10 - March 2
Friday's 4:30pm
Introduce your teenager to the practice of yoga! This four week class, led by instructor Randi Wilhelm and geared towards teens ages 10 to 15, will encourage self exploration of postures in a non-competitive environment. By engaging in the practice of yoga, the student will gain a greater sense of body awareness, which increases coordination, strength and flexibility while building self-esteem.

Yoga for Runners

Compliment and enhance your running program with this six week course focusing on imbalances created in the body by running. Learn techniques to increase core strength and increase energy efficiency. Experience a variety of poses while targeting key muscle groups used for running.
